WRIGHT MAINTENANCE LAUNCHES INTO LONDON PROPERTY MARKET

London’s property managers can turn to a long-established building services provider to help keep their portfolios in running order following the launch of Wright Maintenance.

The new company has been launched by UK-leading M&E contractor J S Wright to provide a maintenance, servicing and emergency repair service for commercial customers and homeowners throughout London for the entire life of their buildings.

J S Wright, which was founded in Birmingham in 1890 and has offices in London and Bristol, has designed, installed, manufactured and maintains mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for thousands of residential properties across London.

Wright Maintenance now offers landlords and property management agents, housing associations and care providers a 24-hour repair and planned preventative maintenance and servicing service for all their life safety, mechanical, electrical and homeowner systems. It also provides a similar service specifically aimed at London homeowners.

During and beyond warranty periods, Wright Maintenance engineers will maintain, service and repair all plant and communal equipment including heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems whether these were installed by J S Wright or not.

Clients can rely on Wright Maintenance office staff at the end of a telephone to help identify any fault before arranging for a property visit by a highly skilled engineer operating with a new Mercedes-Benz van racked out as a mobile workshop. For larger or multiple properties, the company can offer the services of a full-time residential engineer.

Toby Guise, Associate Director for Wright Maintenance, said: “We understand there is nothing worse than a breakdown when you have a building to run, and that there is no sense in investing in plant without ensuring that it remains in running order. That is why we have an excellent team in place to help prevent or rectify problems or to deal promptly with any emergency throughout the entire life of a building.”

Marcus Aniol, Managing Director of J S Wright, said: “We launched our new company to build on the success of our maintenance department in meeting the many requests we were receiving from landlords and occupiers of new-build apartments to service and maintain the equipment we had installed and for which they had become responsible.

“I am confident that with the full support of J S Wright and the values of integrity, loyalty and quality that we share, Wright Maintenance will grow successfully as a household name company in its own right in keeping properties throughout London in top condition for a wide range of commercial clients and homeowners.”
