Cavity Drainage Pump

Usually found below ground level in perimeter trenches surrounding a car park below ground level and pumps away excess rain water.

Commercial Gas Safety Record

Carried out by qualified gas engineers, it is the responsibility of the building owner or Landlord to ensure that the commercial gas equipment is safe to use.

Cat 5 Boosters

 These are usually installed on water systems where a backflow that could cause harm to people by carrying toxic contaminants or pathogenic organisms is separated from the public mains through the use of a break tank

Plant Room Ventilation

Located within an energy centre or main heating plant room that has no means of natural fresh air ventilation. The boilers and CHPs can be interlocked with the Plant Room Ventilation meaning they will switch off automatically for safety if there is no fresh air supply.

Water Quality Assessment and Monitoring

Water quality maintenance is aligned with Building Services Research & Information Association (BSRIA) compliance and best practice

  • Checking chemical dosing levels to ensure bacteria levels remain below correct parameters
  • Checking and cleaning system strainers

Standby Generators

Automatic Transfer Switch

Installed as part of an electrical system that has a standby generator. Uninterruptible Power Supply

  • Checking the radiators are hung correctly on the wall
  • Bleeding the radiators of any air

Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR)

Combining supply and extract air in one unit, the system extracts moisture-laden air from ‘wet’ areas such as kitchens and bathrooms and then recovers the heat from this stale air via a heat exchanger to deliver tempered air to home living areas.
