We can also dispatch our engineers to deal with any issues concerning your mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) or any mechanical extract ventilation (MEV) equipment you have.

We charge just £180 plus VAT for one of our highly skilled engineers to service a single appliance, but we also offer a fantastic discount if you opt to have all your mechanical heating and cooling equipment serviced in one go for just £249 plus VAT.

What’s more, when you call us for a service our friendly office staff will help diagnose any issues over the phone so that we can either rectify an issue over the phone or to ensure that the engineer has a better understanding of what to inspect on his arrival, saving your valuable time. Wright Maintenance has no doubts that scheduled maintenance and service visits by our engineers will ensure that your heating, cooling and ventilation systems operate efficiently, with the risk of breakdown kept to a minimum.

Our comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance packages, carried out with minimal disruption and downtime to your customers, ensure that your services remain compliant and do not invalidate any warranties. The packages cover not only the full range of mechanical systems but also fire alarms, CCTV and access control and other electrical systems.

We also carry out an extensive water management plan as part of our routine maintenance, including chemical analysis and legionella risk assessments.
